Due to the nature of perishable products (e.g., fresh or frozen meats), we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within two days of delivery for a resolution.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet quality standards, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Orders may be canceled within two hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
