Reserve your share of premium, pasture-raised beef — at a bundled price that offers meaningful savings over shopping cut by cut.  This deposit secures a 1/8 share of premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more from our upcoming harvest.

  • Your final balance (based on 1/8 of the actual processed weight) will be invoiced before pick up.
  • Estimated Total: $800 including the $200 non-refundable deposit 
  • Take-Home Weight: ~50 - 60 lbs. of premium pasture raised beef
  • Ready for pickup mid-August!

What's Included:

12 - 15 lbs. Dry Aged Steaks:

Boneless Ribeye, Bone-In Sirloin, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Chuck Eye Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, and more!

15-20 lbs. Savory Cuts and Roasts:

Brisket, Chuck Roast, London Broil, Shoulder Roast, Short Ribs, Oxtail, Osso Buco, Picanha, Sirloin Tips, Stir Fry, Stew Meat, and more!

20 - 25lbs Ground Beef (Includes 50/50 Blend and Primal Blend):

80/20 Premium Ground Beef.  You'll also receive our Ground Berkshire Ham/Ground Beef Blend, and Primal Blend (90% Ground Beef + Organ Meat)

5-7 lbs. Broth/Marrow Bones, Suet, and Liver 

Simmer the bones to create a flavorful and nutrient dense broth or give them to your dog as the ultimate treat!  Render the suet into golden, shelf-stable tallow for cooking, baking, or skincare.

This is an example of what you'll find in a typical eighth share. While quantities and weights vary, this is a good representation of the overall mix.

How long will this last 2 adults: An eighth will normally be enough beef to feed a couple for 6 months.

How long will the meat last in the freezer: Properly sealed and kept at 0 °F, cuts retain peak flavor for 12 months and remain safe for up to 24 months.

Freezer Space Need: ~2 cubic feet
