Blackwater Pastures Shipping Information:
We ship every Tuesday. At checkout, select which Tuesday you'd like your order to be shipped. Shipments are typically received in 1-3 days from when they are fulfilled. Your shipment will be accompanied by an email confirmation complete with a tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress.

Blackwater Safe Transit Promise:
This guarantees that your premium frozen goods spend no more than three business days in transit, maintaining the quality and integrity of our product from our pasture to your plate.  We ship overnight or 2-Day ground via FedEx to Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Arkansas, and Illinois.  If you are located outside of this region, stay tuned, we will begin shipping nationally soon! Please note: some thawing may occur during transit. 

Preferred Shipping:
We typically ship via FedEX for the best pricing for our customers. If you have a preference please note that in the comment section when you place your order. This may delay your order. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched with the delivery service that ensures the swiftest arrival, keeping efficiency and safety at the forefront of our shipping process.

Out Of Stock Items:
Due to our commitment to natural and seasonal farming practices, our inventory may vary, reflecting the rhythms of nature and weather around our ranch. If an item you desire is currently unavailable, please use the 'Notify Me When Available' option on the product you wish you get.. You'll be promptly informed via email once the item is back in stock.

In response to growing demand, we're diligently working to ensure our inventory is replenished quickly, often within just a few days. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to revisit us soon for updates on product availability.

We ship our products frozen solid to maintain the perfect temperature right to you. Sometimes, due to Mother Nature's warmer moods, parts of your order may arrive less than frozen. If that happens, we advise tucking them into your refrigerator or freezer straight away, ideally the same day they arrive.

Despite all our efforts to keep things chilled, if any item in your order feels warm to the touch, we recommend you set it aside and ring us up immediately. Your safety and the quality of our products are things we don't take lightly; we go the extra mile to ensure everything arrives just right.
